Yeah just tried to download this game and it will not open the installation screen. Error claims to have a missing file for Mac OS. Its a shame it was my favorite game while growing up.

For those who can't run this: use old Mac with Mac Classic (up to 9.2.2) OS or MacOS X 10.4 with classic environment.
If not possible - use an emulator like Basilisk II (680x0, up to OS 8.1) or SheepShaver (PPC, up to OS 9.1).

For those of you asking for an update: it is not possible.
This is a PPC application and will not run on Intel Macs that don't support Rosetta. So it can't be run on Lion and forward.

It is developed by Smoking Gun Interactive and published by Microsoft Studios. You have to maintain and develop a castle that produces resources. Then you can use them to train and upgrade buildings, troops and research new technologies.
Age of Empires: Castle Siege for MacBook is so much fun! There are trained troops you can use in order to attack the other players castles. Further you can take their resources and earn crowns which is the game’s scorekeeping mechanism. Don’t forget to upgrade the buildings. This way the resources will generate quicker and your castle gets harder to be defeated. An important aspect is that the castle is built around a keep, surrounded by buildings of different types.
We have to mention there are three types of resources for construction. These are food, wood and stones. In order to speed up the building process, you can use the in-game currency: gold. Another thing is your base produces pennants and you have to use them for recruiting hero units and special troops. Keep in mind the armies have four unit types: infantry, archers, cavalry and siege weapons. The game allows you to include up to two hero units in each attack. You have only six minutes to break down the defenses as well as destroy as many buildings you can. Victory means getting a least one star. To receive one, you have to destroy either the keep or at least of these buildings. In case you manage to destroy everything, you get three stars.
